Committee Leader:
Committee leaders are a vital part of Pre-med AMSA. They contribute to a number of creative events we offer. It is an excellent opportunity for members to bring their ideas to the table and coordinate their own events.
- Committee Leader positions include: Community Service, Fundraising, Healthcare, Special Events, Outreach, and Webmaster
- Commmunity Service Committee Leader duties:
- Attend introductory Board meeting
- Attend Director Meeting
- Plan one Community Service event with the help of your directors.
- Be an Active Pre-med AMSA member
- Fundraising Committee Leader duties:
- Attend introductory Board meeting
- Attend Director Meeting
- Plan one Fundraising event with the help of your directors.
- Be an Active Pre-med AMSA member
- Healthcare Committee Leader duties:
- Attend introductory Board meeting
- Attend Director Meeting
- Attendance at Lobbying day for Universal Healthcare Bill SB840 (1/11-1/12)*not required
- Tabling rotations at Farmers Market: Informing the local community
- Participation in a private debate session
- Help Planning of Healthcare Related Events
- Be an Active Pre-med AMSA member
- Special Events Committee Leader duties
- Attend introductory Board meeting
- Attend Director Meeting
- Help plan one Special Event (ie. informative workshops, social events)
- Be an Active Pre-Med AMSA Member
- Outreach Committee Leader duties
- Attend introductory Board meeting
- Attend Director Meeting
- Assist in planning of community outreach programs with directors (ie. World AIDS day)
- Classroom announcements and flyering.
- Be an Active Pre-Med AMSA Member
- Web Assistant/Graphic Designer duties
- Attend introductory Board meeting
- Attend Director Meeting
- Duties are variable depending on the needs that year or quarter, but usually entail the updating and maintenance of the website.

Board Member:
Board members make tons of decisions for Pre-med AMSA, including club registration, t-shirt designs, website maintenance, general meetings (with free pizza or snacks), membership applications, planning events for members, guest speakers and more.
- Possible positions offered (yearly positions) include:
